Welcome 

This network is an associate member of International Council for Canadian Studies (ICCS)    
Mission statement

To create and maintain lines of communication with researchers internationally, to promote universal values of solidarity, peace, equality and respect, to work on new ideas for research and teaching and to create an umbrella for future projects that are related to the Canadian studies and analysis of communication. This network will bring together scholars in Africa who care about Canadian research for social impact, transnationally networked leaders, academically-driven educators, and researchers with ethics and integrity.

ANCS inaugural online conference   Join our Network of African Scholars.    The Africa Network for Canadian Studies (ANCS) is an initiative started in 2022 by a group of Africa academics in Nigeria with collaboration  of the INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL FOR CANADIAN STUDIES ICCS . The objectives of the network are  - The encouragement and support of research and teaching concerning Canada across the whole of the educational community in Africa - The dissemination of knowledge and understanding of Canada to the public throughout Africa. - Pioneering open access resources that empower members to leverage the power of networks to build their skills, knowledge, and expertise.
